- Ones who satisfy above-mentioned conditions should also meet the following requirements:
+ Fit look, no tattoo, no malformation;
+ Good relative background, no previous conviction;
2. Objects to be prioritized:
- Demobilized soldier, duty-end police;
- Capable for kung fu, foreign language, computer;
- Qualified as not lower than junior college;
- Born in family of dead and wounded soldiers, revolutionary contributor;
- Party member;
- Experienced in security field (not less than one year);
* Priority regime:
- Be paid with official salary;
- Be trained in shortened period (for soldiers and polices);
- Be arranged in comfortable working place;
- Be considered to be appointed into team-level position (for experienced ones);
3. Record (certified by authorized functional agencies):
- Job application;
- Curriculum vitae pasted with photo (4x6);
- Certificate of no previous conviction and offense;
- Medical report;
- Legal copy of ID card, household registration;
- Certificate of temporary leave and residence;
- Legal copy of certificates;
* Note: After worker’s record submission, Human resource Office will check with their relatives and local authority in order to confirm true the information of the records. Only transparent and clean records should be accepted by Hung Vuong Security Service Joint Stock Company.
4. Training:
- Duration: 3 months;
- Tuition: free for kung fu and security professionalism training.
5. Regime, policy:
- Learners should undertake 15 days of probation after the training and be given with probation allowance;
- Probation duration is followed by 30 days of official trial, of which salary is equivalent to 70% of official salary;
- Upon completion of those, only qualified and virtuous learners should be accepted and signed by the Company. Re-training will be applied for unqualified ones and sack will be applied for unvirtuous ones.
- After the completion of professionalism training, virtuousness and competence test, learners will be arranged in suitable positions and granted with graduation certificate approved by Hai Phong Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
- Official salary: VND 1.327.666/month;
- Besides, management level is reserved with the monthly salary of VND 1.800.000 to VND 3.000.000, depending on the position number;
- All of company’s official staff are given with Social insurance and Medical insurance in accordance with current Labor Law. In addition, 24/24 body-accidental insurance is also bought for all employees by the Company, of which the maximum liability level is valued at VND 20.000.000/one/case;
- Employees are supported with travel and accommodation charge;
- Labor Union is organized by the Company in order to guarantee the interest of each employee;
- Appropriate bonus is placed at Tet holiday or festival;
